How do I get an invoice?
We automatically send an invoice to your email address upon each payment. Your invoice will be attached to the email to look at it whenever you need to quickly. You can also find and download your invoices in your SignKontrol account settings.
Do you support any alternative payment methods?
Credit cards are the only supported payment method. Unfortunately, we cannot accept payments by wire transfer, invoicing, or cryptocurrency.
How does the billing work if I upgrade my subscription?
We will calculate a pro-rated amount that reflects the amount you paid on your previous subscription and the time until that subscription was supposed to expire.
